How to Draw Mushrooms

Here is an easy tutorial on how to draw mushrooms!

I would suggest start your drawing by using a pencil so you can erase any lines or mistakes! After that you can outline in pen or use your favorite art supplies! For this tutorial I used my ipad to draw it digitally and colored the mushroom the end using a color layer underneath. But choose the art medium that makes you happy!

Step by step tutorial

Step 1.) Start by drawing a horizontal oval.

Step 2.) Next draw a half dome on top of the oval for the mushroom cap.

Step 3.) Now draw the mushroom stem underneath.

Step 4.) Erase the line behind the mushroom's stem.

Step 5.) Draw three lines jetting out from the mushroom stem to the cap. Try to make them equal distance from each other. Think of it like cutting a pizza!

Step 6.) Now make more lin s or slices to create the that undercap mushroom texture.

Step 7.) Make circles for the spots on the cap.

Step 8.) Now just color your mushroom! Mushrooms come in all colors and shapes so have fun with it!
